London Schools Hydrogen Challenge

ARCOLA ENERGY HAS BEEN APPOINTED BY THE MAYOR OF LONDON’S OFFICE THROUGH THE HYDROGEN LONDON PROGRAMME TO DELIVER THE 4TH LONDON SCHOOLS HYDROGEN CHALLENGE. THIS YEAR’S CHALLENGE PROMISES TO BE BIGGER AND BETTER, CUMLINATING IN A FINAL TAKING PLACE AT THE CRYSTAL!

Started in 2012, over 1500 London Secondary School students have taken part so far. This year's Challenge promises to be bigger and better than ever!

The Hydrogen Challenge puts the technology of the future into the hands of young people. Students from Key Stages 3 & 4 (ages 11‐16 years) will be challenged to design, race and build the most fuel efficient hydrogen powered vehicle.

The winning team from each participating school will then be invited to an exciting final event held at The Crystal, competing for the chance to win prizes for their school.
